Spiti Valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas. The name "Spiti" means "The Middle Land", i.e. the land between Tibet and India. Local population follow Buddhism similar to that found in the nearby Tibet and Ladakh regions.
Kinnaur Valley is growing its popularity year by year. Kinnaur has its own beauty. Kinnaur valley have large production of Apples in Himachal Pradesh. Place like Sangla Chitkul are famous for traveller. Trekking area like Bhava pass is travelled by lot of people. Kinnaur valley is open 12 months and that is the only way to go to Spiti Valley during Winters.
Spiti- Kinnaur is one of the remotest areas of our country and because of this very reason, it was largely unexplored and highly scenic. Day 01: Manali(2050m) to Jibhi(1356m) – 100kms: (5hrs)
Day 02: Jibhi to Sarahan(2100m) – 131km: (5-6hrs)
Day 03: Sarahan to Chitkul(3450m) – 106km: (4-5hrs)
Day 04: Chitkul to Kalpa(2960m) – 63km: (3-4hrs)
Day 05: Kalpa to Nako(3662m) – 100km: (5hrs)
Day 06: Nako to Dhankar(3894m) – 94km: (4-5hrs)
Day 07: Dhankar – Mud(3600m) - Kaza(3800m) – 105km: (5-6hrs)
Day 08: Visit Ki Monastery(4166m), Kibber(4205m) and Chicham Bridge(4145m)
Day 09: Visit Langza(4420m), Komic(4587m) and Hikkim(4400m)
Day 10: Kaza to Chandratal lake(4250m) - 52km: (3-4hrs)
Day 11: Chandratal lake to Manali via Kunzum Pass (4551 m) and Rohtang Pass(3978m)- 140km: (7-8hrs)
