Bara Bhangal Pass Trek
This trek derives its name from a village named 'Bara Bangahal' situated in Kangra District. 'Kanet' families of 'Gaddi' tribe dwell in this region. Bada Bhangal and Rajgundha are the villages which arrives in between this tramp.
The journey bridges Kullu valley with Kangra valley, with the mighty Dhauladhar ranges disjoining the two. One comes across Kalihani pass(4725m) and Thamsar pass(4878m) during this soul filling experience. Only very few trekkers find their way here. This experience will give you every opportunity to explore the Dhauladhar range and view of Pir Panjal range along with Himalayan wildlife in its isolation.

Day 01: Manali(2050m) to Lamadugh(3017m) - (5-6 hrs)
Day 02: Lamadugh to Riyali Thach(3400m)- (6-7hrs)
Day 03: Riyali Thach to Base of Kalihani Pass(4050m)- (6hrs)
Day 04: Base of Kalihani Pass – Devi ka Marhi(3900m) via Kalihani Pass(4275m) – (8-9hrs)
Day 05: Devi ka Marhi to Suni Nala(3930m)- (5-6hrs)
Day 06: Suni Nala to Bara Bhangal(2900m)- (5-6hrs)
Day 07: Bara Bhangal to Marh(3850m)- (5hrs)
Day 08: Mardh – Plachak(2800m) over Thamsar Pass(4878m)- (7-8hrs)
Day 09: Plachak to Rajgundha(2500m) – Billing(2300m) – (6hrs)
